Maple Coconut Tarts
1 cup brown sugar
pinch salt
2 Tbsp butter/margarine
½ cup Rolling Ridge Maple Syrup
1 egg, beaten
¼ cup coconut
few chopped nuts
In small mixing bowl, mix ingredients together well. Use favorite pastry, and fill ¾ full. Bake at 400 *F for 15 minutes.
Watch carefully so tarts do not bubble.
