Chocolate Maple Yummies
¾ cup chocolate chips
16 large marshmallows
¼ cup Rolling Ridge Maple Syrup
1/2 tsp vanilla
1/3 cup butter or margarine
1 cup coconut
2 cups rolled oats (quick style)
Melt chocolate pieces, maple syrup, butter and marshmallows in double boiler. Stir until smooth. Remove from heat. Chocolate mixture may separate but will hold together when rest of ingredients are added. Stir in vanilla, coconut and oats. Mix thoroughly. Drop by teaspoonfuls on wax paper.
Refrigerate.
Yield: about 30 yummies.
