Maple Pumpkin Pie
Combine:
2 eggs
7/8 cup evaporated milk
1 ½ cups pumpkin
½ tsp salt
¾ cups Rolling Ridge Maple Syrup
1 tsp cinnamon
½ tsp ginger
½ tsp nutmeg
and ¼ tsp cloves.
Pour into an unbaked pie shell.
Bake at 450*F for 10 minutes, then 350*F for 40 minutes.
