Rolling Ridge Maple Products is a family owned and operated business by 3 generations of Robson’s which are dedicated to providing consumers with the first taste of spring year round.
We first made syrup on our home farm over 40 years ago gathering sap from about 25 trees and boiling it down in an old iron kettle. Today we have over 12000 taps all gathered by vacuum tubing with the sap processed using reverse osmosis and an oil fired evaporator.
The “sugar shanty” is located just west of Ilderton on the corner of Ilderton and Vanneck rd. Come take a look for yourself and see how its made. Have some pancakes and sausage at neighboring Vanneck church on weekends in March, and smell the sweet sweet smell of maple syrup! A great day of family fun! See you soon!
Spring Is finally Here! March 7th was our first day of production which is the latest in our 25years of business. So much for global Warming.
Pancakes will be served by Vanneck Church through the weekends in march. With a menu of All you can eat pancakes served with scrambled eggs, special sausage,famous bakes beans and fruit salad.
