Spring has Arrived! It has been a long winter with lots of snow which made work in the bush a bit more work. We mad our first syrup on March 1st and the weather so far looks promising for a great season. We have made some big changes to our facility including a new Addition to the Sugar Shack, new Evaporator and a new Reverse Osmosis Machine. We hope the weather co-operates to make this year a very exciting year! Come Check it out and See How It's Made!
